Then it mainly analyzes and compares all the technologies for encapsulating the MPLS packets in the IP turmels, and puts forward the mechanism of capabilities exchange in the face of several mechanisms of turmel. In the end, it simply introduces the situation that those technologies are being used, and makes an expectation for them.
