摘要
建立了插装阀静、动态特性试验回路,通过其静态开启压力和流量-压降特性,分析了影响动态启闭速度的因素,提出了解决措施。
In the paper the experiment circuit of the cartridge valve was built for its static and dynamic characteristic. Then the open pressure of static characteristic and the pressure drop- flux characteristic were analyzed, the open and the close speeds were measured and the factors influencing the open-close speed were analyzed. At last the measures used to solve the problem were brought forward.
