摘要
根据单晶铜线的生产特点和在单晶铜制备过程中对液面控制和牵引系统的要求,改进了原有的控制方法。采用改进的插补原理来实现对两个系统中交流伺服电机的控制,从而使液面控制系统和牵引控制系统达到协调运动,制造出高质量的单晶铜。
According to the requirement of making single crystal copper, this paper put up a new method to control liquid level movement and traction movement. It makes use of the interpolation method to control the servo AC motor. This method can make the liquid level movement and traction movement coordinated ,by which the high quality single crystal copper can be made.
