交锁髓内钉内固定治疗四肢骨折

The Operative Treatment of Long Bone Fractures by Interlocking Intramedullary Nail

目的探讨应用交锁髓内钉内固定治疗四肢骨折。方法在2000年4月-2004年12月收治的93例四肢骨折中,股骨骨折59例,胫骨骨折30例,肱骨骨折4例;骨折类型分类:粉碎性骨折42例,长斜形及多段骨折30例,横断骨折21例。采用国产交锁髓内钉内固定。结果所有病例随访5-22个月,骨折均愈合,除3例膝关节功能活动受限外,患肢功能优良。经该方法治疗后,可早期活动关节及功能锻炼,固定可靠,骨折愈合率高。结论长骨骨折特别是粉碎性、多节段骨折应用交锁髓内钉是极好的指征,具有明显优势,值得普遍推广应用。

Objective To study the operative treatment of long bone fractures by interlocking intramedullary nail. Method From April 2000 to December 2004, we had crated 93 limbs fractures, among then there were 59 femur fractures, 30 tibia fractures, 4 hummer fractures. They were classified into 42 comminuted fractures, 30 oblique or multiple fractures, 21 transverse fractures, with all cases treated with interlocking intramedullary nail fixation. Results It was discovered that all the fractures had been cured without anchylosis except 3 knee joint limitation of activity. In this treatment, internal fixation is firm, rate of fracture restoration is high, and it could move joint or start rehabilitation early. Conclusions The interlocking intramedullary nail is a good treatment of long bone fractures especially comminuted and multiple fractures. It is worth spreading clinically.
