宫颈环形电切术治疗宫颈病变的临床价值

The Clinical Value of Cervical Lesions Managed by LEEP

目的评价一次LEEP同时治疗和诊断宫颈病变的临床价值。方法对经妇科检查、宫颈脱落细胞学检查、阴道镜及宫颈活检初步诊断为各种宫颈病变收住院的191例患者,采用LEEP治疗,切除病变组织或宫颈锥切。切除组织全部送病理学检查。观察手术时间、出血量、患者反应及术后疗效。结果LEEP手术治疗宫颈疾病一次成功率为97.38%(186/191),平均手术时间为6.1分钟,出血量7.3m l,无继发性出血和感染的发生。结论LEEP治疗宫颈病变操作简单、安全、成功率高,尤其适用于C IN,且可提供完整的病理标本,对早期诊断宫颈癌具有较高的临床价值。

Objective To assess the value of LEEP for diagnosis and treatment in the patients with cervical lesions. Methods 191 patients with cervical lesions were diagnosed by gynecologic examination, Pap smears, cytology and cervical biopsy, all specimens after LEEP were sent for pathological diagnosis. The duration of the management, the amount of bleeding, the complaint of the patients as well as the close follow-up after treatment were all noted. Results The rate of optimal operations was 97.38% （ 186/191 ）. Treatment was completed in 6.1 minutes mean time. Average amount of bleeding was 7.3ml. No secondary hemorrhage and infection were found. Conclusion LEEP is a simple and safe operation for cervical lesions such as CIN, erosion, etc, and also a good method for diagnosis.
