阳离子沥青乳化剂合成及乳化性能研究 被引量:4

摘要 以环烷酸、乙二胺为原料,在160℃下氮气中反应,再升高温度到245℃后得到中间体化合物咪唑啉,并用硫酸二甲酯对其进行季铵化反应得到季铵盐型阳离子咪唑啉沥青乳化剂。测定了该乳化剂的HLB值为8.67、发泡力为27mm。研究了影响该沥青乳化剂稳定性的主要因素。实验表明,乳化剂水溶液的pH值对乳化效果的影响最大。该沥青乳化剂的最佳乳化条件是pH值为3-4,乳化剂用量为0.8%~1.5%,控制油温在110~120℃,水温在65~70℃。 Using naphthenic acid and ethylenediamine as materials, reacted at 160℃ in nitrogen atmosphere, and then the reactive system being warmed to 245℃ to prepare imidazoline intermediate. This imidazoline intermediate was treated with dimethyl sulphate by quaterisation and quaternary cationic imidazoline asphalt emulsifier was obtained. The emulsifier' s HLB, foamability were determined and they are 8.67 and 27 mm respectively. Main factors that would influence the asphalt emulsifier' s stability were studied. The experimental results show that the influence of pH of emulsifier' s water solution on emulsification effect is most obvious. The optimal emulsifying condition is pH = 3 - 4 ; the dosage of emulsifier is 0.8% - 1.5% ,oil temperature is controlled in 110 - 120℃, and the water temperature is controlled in 65 - 70℃.
