Island Flap of Digital Dorsum with Sensery Nerve of Digital Dorsum

手指的指端、指腹、手指腹侧皮肤缺损，以传统的邻指皮瓣为首选。我们将邻指皮瓣进行改进，设计成带指背感觉神经支的指背岛状皮瓣，一期转位修复创面，共应用６９个指背岛状皮瓣。本文还介绍了手术方法并讨论了有关问题。

Skin defects of the finger tip,the digital dorsum often were repaired by skin graft of adjacent finger.We disigned the island flap of digital dorsum with sensory nerve.We used 69 island flap of digital dorsum to do reconstruction operation of one stage.The operative method and disign are discussed.
