摘要
该文应用ADAMS和MATLAB两大软件平台,建立了某双管火炮的虚拟样机联合仿真模型,并进行了双管耦合发射动力学联合仿真。通过分析,提出了双管延时击发的最佳时间间隔,使大口径双管火炮在发射时避免出现两发弹同时出炮口受到空气动力干扰、两个后坐阻力的峰值叠加、底盘产生较大的偏转及滚翻等问题,为提高大口径双管火炮的射速及稳定性提供了一条有效的技术途径,为物理样机的研制提供了重要的理论参考依据。
The ADAMS and MATLAB software is used to establish a model of a twin-tube gun and to simulate the gun coupling firing process. Based on the joint simulation, the optimal firing interval of the two tubes is given to avoid the aerodynamic influence of the muzzle areas. The recoil forces gemination generated in the process of the two tubes' firing is avoided by taking the interval. The problems such as gun jump and gun roll are reduced by these means. The simulation results offer an effective way to improve the firing stability of the twin-tube gun, and provide theoretical reference and assistance for the development of the gun.
