摘要
文中从观赏植物组织培养的基本培养基、生长调节物质、外植体材料以及培养中温光条件的研究动态进行了归纳和总结,并对观赏植物组织培养中存在的问题进行了剖析。
The paper summarized the research achievements on the basic culture medium, growth regulators, explants and temperature and light condition in tissue culture of ornamental plants, and analyzed problems and put forward the measure of further research in tissue culture.
