摘要
利用循环伏安法探讨了在353 K的乙酰胺-尿素-NaBr熔体中Yb-Co合金膜的电化学制备。结果表明:Pt、Cu电极上,Yb(Ⅲ)不能单独还原为Yb(0),但可以被Co(Ⅱ)诱导共沉积。由恒电位电解法得到非晶态的Yb-Co合金中,Yb的含量随阴极电位的负移,Yb(Ⅲ)/Co(Ⅱ)摩尔比增大及电解时间延长而变化。
The cyclic voltammetry was used to investigate the preparation of Yb - Co alloy films in acetamide(56%, mass fraction) - urea(37% ,mass fraction) - NaBr system at 353K,Yb^3+ is not reduced to Yb alone, but can be inductively codeposited with Co^2+ . The amorphous Yb - Co alloy films were obtained by potentiostatic electrolysis. The content of Yb in the Yb - Co deposits changes with the cathode potential,molar ratio of Yb( Ⅲ )/Co( Ⅱ )and the electrolysis time.
