靖州县少数民族村级妇幼保健员现状分析

Villages'Mother and Child Health Carers'Status Investigation of Minorities in Jingzhou

目的了解村妇幼保健员的基本情况和服务能力,就如何进一步搞好村级妇幼保健网络建设、落实村级妇幼保健服务,为政府当好参谋。方法由县妇幼保健院组织专门人员对村妇幼保健员进行面对面现状调查,被调查对象每人独立填写1份调查问卷。结果181名村妇幼保健员均为女性;年龄结构以30～49岁为主,占90.06%;文化程度以初中为主,占60.77%,具备医学专业知识者仅6人,占3.31%;职位组合以“三位一体”为主,占82.32%;村妇幼保健员服务能力有限,与妇幼保健服务需求还有较大差距。结论村妇幼保健员的职能需要科学定位,队伍结构要进一步优化;村妇幼保健员素质需要进一步提高,医学专业素质亟待提高;妇幼保健服务能力需要进一步加强。

OBJECTIVE To know the basic status and service ability of mother and child health carers, and give good suggestions to the government on how to improve the villages＇ mother and child health care network construction, carrying out the villages＇ mother and child health care service. METHODS Face to face investigation by people from county mother and child health care hospital.The people who are investigated should finish a questionnaire independently. RESULTS 181 villages＇ mother and child health carers are all female. aging from 30 to 49, occupied 90.06%, 60.77% was in middle school education level, only six people have medical knowledge. 82.32% of the career combination is mainly ＂Three to One＂. Villages＇ mother and child health carers＇ service ability is limited, and have big gap with needed mother and child health care service level. CONCLUSIONS The function of villages＇ mother and child health carers needs scientific orientation, the team construction, the quality of the villages＇ mother and child health carers and medical quality needs improving, the ability of mother and child health carers needs promoting.
