肥胖问题关系到健康城市的建设,肥胖不仅是个人问题,而是整个人口的问题。香港特别行政区政府致力于降低本地居民的肥胖率,有很多在实践中行之有效、标本兼治的方法和措施,可被我们借鉴。要像控制人口数量那样,提高城市人口的健康质量,利用政府的行政协调能力和资源,借鉴他人的经验,制定并实施具有前瞻性的计划和措施,防患未然,实现真正的“优生优育”,从而达到建设健康城市的目标。

Hongkong special administration region government has dedicated to reduce the rate of local obesity, many policies and measurements that have been put in practice are very effective, these all can be used for reference for us to prevent the obesity. Our cities are also confronting with the rising obesity population. Therefore, We should plan for our better ruture that the cities have a quality population. We are sure we could do better and achieve the target to creating the healthy city through our making great efforts.
