15个杂交棉组合杂种优势研究

Study on Heterosis of 15 Cotton Hybids Combinations

以5个高产优质陆地棉为母本,3个抗虫品种为父本,按NC Ⅱ遗传设计配置了15个杂交种。对杂交种F_1代主要经济性状(籽棉产量、皮棉产量、籽指、衣指、大样衣分、衣分、单铃重、纤维长度、整齐度、伸长度、马克隆值)进行了杂种优势的分析。结果表明:(1)供试15个杂种F_1代普遍表现出竞争优势,其优势大小与性状有关,因组合而异,其中SK2×K1、1999×K1杂交种F_1代综合性状较好。(2)纤维品质分析表明抗虫杂交棉纤维品质一般具有负优势,纤维长度、伸长度和整齐度都低于抗虫亲本和对照。(3)具有相同亲本的各个组合中,由于另一个亲本的不同,其中亲优势、超亲优势、竞争优势都表现出不同的变化。

Resigned by the way of NCⅡ,with 5 high-yield cotton varieties and 3 pest-resistant cultivars as parents,their heterosis of the economical trait were studied.The results indicated:there were heterosis among all 15 hybrids,but their heterosis was different among various traits.The hybrids of SK2×K1 and 1999×K1 were best.The most fiber quality traits in F_(1) hybrids were inferior to those of the control and pest resistant;length value of the hybrids were inferior,but the fibre uniformity was superior.Above mi...
