Marx＇s theory of oriental society about the non- capitalistic developent came from the particular social background and had the profoundly theoretical foundation. Lenin developed Marx＇s theory of oriental society and firstly put it into practice. Furthermore, Lenin proved the scientific nature of this theory. This paper deeply reflected the Marx＇s theory of oriental society and obtained the new theoretiocal enlightement based on considering the situation of socialism with Chinese characteristics.
