摘要
高校行政效率作为学校教育能力的主要表现,是衡量高校教育工作状况的基本综合指标。文章分析影响当前我国高校行政效率不高的原因,指出了提高高校行政效率的途径。
As the main expression of school education ability, college executive efficiency is a basic synthetic target to measure college educational condition. The paper analyses reasons that result in the low executive efficiency and proposes approaches to improve executive efficiency of higher school.
