开封城市夏季噪声污染评价及防治

Assessment of Kaifeng City noise pollution and the prevent & control methods in the summer

在对开封城区夏季噪声监测的基础上,发现开封城区区域噪声污染严重,昼间57%的区域处在“重度污染”,夜间较昼间好。交通道路噪声所有监测路段均超标,尤其在交通主干道上污染严重,昼间有40个测点超标10dB以上。在开封城区噪声现状分析的基础上,运用GIS软件Mapinfo 6.0绘制出开封夏季噪声评价图,结果表明:开封城区区域噪声污染南部比北部严重,交通噪声分布有城区向城市边缘逐渐恶化的趋势,且交通噪声与区域噪声没有明显的相关性。最后提出了开封噪声污染防治的一些措施。

Base on the noise monitoring of Kaifeng City in the summer, find that Kaifeng City＇s region noise pollution is serious. In the day 57% regions were in ＂serious pollution＂ ,which is better on the night. All roads traffic noise monitoring were beyond standards, especially on the main roads. The article analyzes noise pollution on the present, and draw a noise assessment graph of Kaifeng City in the summer by using GIS soft, the result shows that the city region noise pollute in the south more seriously than the north, and road traffic noise distribute deterioration from central to the suburb, and there is not correlation the road traffic noise and the region noise. In the end, the causes of noise pollution were analyzed and some measures and suggests were put forward.
