摘要
成人的特点决定了成人的学习模式是自我导向式学习,学习过程的制定和控制者是成人学习者自己,所以学习设计至关重要。本文给出了一个理论和可操作过程相结合的具有三层结构和三个流程的学习设计模型。同时,给出一些有关成人学习设计和实施过程的学习策略。
Adult characters decide that the learning model is different from children's. This adult learning model is called SDL(Self-Directed Learning), which the controllers and makers of learning process are adult learners themselves .So learning design is very important. Author constructs a new model of learning design with three levels and gives some strategies of adult learning design in this paper.
