摘要
本实验旨在研究激光心肌血管重建术对急性心肌缺血犬的近期影响与机制。16只犬随机等分为对照组和实验组,用Nd:YAG激光于缺血区心肌打孔,功率15~16W,3~4孔/cm ̄2。结果(1)对照组4只犬死于顽固性室颤或心肌收缩无力,左前降支(LAD)区心肌放射性分布明显稀疏或缺损,心肌细胞线粒体多重度损害(FlamengⅢ-Ⅳ级)。(2)实验组5例室颤,仅1例意外死亡,LAD区有不同程度放射性分布,线粒体损伤较轻(Flameng0-Ⅰ级)。结论为激光心肌血管重建术对急性缺血心肌有保护作用。
ThepurposeofthisexperimentistostudytheearlyeffectsofTMRonAMIindogs.Method:16dogswereequallydividedintocontrolandexperimentalgroupsatrandom.lntheischemiczone,producedbyligationofLAD,transmuralchannels,3-4holes/cm2,werecreatedbyNd:YAGlaserwithlaserpowerof15-16W.Results,(1)lnthecontrolgroup,4dogsdiedofrefractoryventricularfib-rillation(VF)orcardiacamyotonia.lntheexperimentallyproducedischemicarea,scarcityofdefectofradioactiveisotopicdistributionwasobvious,andinjuryofthemitochondriainthemyocardialcellswasverysevere(FlamengⅢ-Ⅳ).(2)lntheexperimentalgroup,5dogsdevelopedVFandonediedac-cidentally.lntheischemicarea,theradioactiveisotopicdistributionvariedtosomeextent.lnjuryofthemitochondriaofthemyocardialcellswasmild(Flameng0-I).Conclusion:TheresultsofthisstudysuggestthatTMRhasprotectiveeffectontheacuteischemicrnyocardium.
