我国刑事诉讼中的人权保障具有越来越重要的的意义,经过长期的发展完善,我国人权保障的内容有了很大发展。但是,还存在着值得完善的地方。首先,应转变旧的诉讼观念,确立人权保障的目的和程序公正的价值;其次,应围绕犯罪嫌疑人、被告人、被害人的权利,从各个方面予以保障和完善。

In our country, the human right safeguard in the criminal suit has more and more important cance. Through long time perfect promotion, the content of our country＇s human right safeguard signifihas very developed. However there exist some points that should be improved. First, it is necessary to change the old lawsuit concept and establish the goal of human right safeguard and the fair value of just process. Second, it is necessary to perfect human right from various aspects with regard safeguard and to the right of the criminal suspect, the accused and the victim.
