关于高校教师教育专业化的思考

The Reflection on University Teacher Education Professionalization

高校教师专业化中,教育专业化明显薄弱,忽视高校教师教育专业化的原因主要有:历史惯性的影响、教育观念的落后和对高校教师职业认识上的偏差。为改变这种状况,必须加强高校教师的职前教育、入职教育和在职教育,争取使每个高校教师都能达到教育专业化的目标要求。

On the course of university teachers＇ professionalization, obviously, education, professionalism is very poor. The reasons that people neglect university teashers＇ education professionalization are as follows ： historical inertia influence, behindhand education ideas and a deelinational cognition to the occupation of university teachers. To change this kind of condition,we must strengthen the pre - vocational education ,entry education and incumbency education of the university teachers so that each of them can reach the goal of the specialization of the teachers.
