The Two Principles of Student Network Room Management

随着高校教育信息化环境作用的不断提升,学生网络机房成为高校信息化环境的重要组成部分,学生网络机房的管理应坚持以学生使用为本和以学生管理为本的原则。坚持以学生管理为本,从4方面入手:把好人员选择关,建立梯队互补机制;人员组织要合理,分工要明确;机房管理制度要明确,奖惩要分明;教师应对学生参与机房管理给予必要的指导。

Along with the increasing promoting of the college education informationization environmen＇ s function, the student network room becomes the important constituent of the college informationization. Revolving the supervisory work of the student network room, the student network room management is supposed to stick to two principles, that is,belng used by the students and being managed by the students. To complete the student network room supervisory work,the teacher should choose good personnel and establish the echelon supplementary system from four aspects. The personnel organization must be reasonable;the division of labor must be explicit; the room management system must be specific; the rewards and punishment must be distinct. The teacher should participate in the room management to give the essential instruction to the students.
