摘要
团队心理对体育教学的科学管理极为有利。其具体运用如下:利用归属感心理,增进学生的进取心;利用从众心理,增强集体凝聚力;利用学生的认同感心理,加强师生关系;利用团结互助感心理,更好地完成教学任务;利用服从心理,使学生行动一致,提高教学效果。
Team psychology is very favorable for scientific management in sports class. Its utilizations are following: Using the belonging psychology can increase students' enterprising spirit; Using the submitting to everybodys' psychology can heighten cohesion; Using the students identification can enhance teacher - student relationship; Using the unity psychology can accomplish the teaching assignment; Using the obeying psychology can improve teaching efficiency and make the students to hold identical action.
