无创性正压通气与安定联用救治重症哮喘的疗效分析 被引量:9

摘要 目的探讨无创性正压通气与安定联用治疗重症支气管哮喘。方法采用经鼻(口)面罩无创性正压通气,联合应用安全治疗16例重症支气管哮喘患者。结果对此组患者的临床征象有显著改善,无任何并发症。动脉血气治疗前后也有明显差异(P均<0.01)。结论无创性正压通气联合安定是一种重症支气管哮喘有效的治疗手段,且有易于操作、不损害上呼吸道防御功能、减少误吸及无创伤等优点。 Objective To investigate the potential advantage of non-invasive positive pressure ventilation and tranquillizer in treatment of severe bronchial asthma. Methods We used the method of non invasive positive pressure ventilation and tranquillizer to treat 24 cases of severe bronchial asthma under autonomous respiratory condition. Results Non-invasive positive pressure ventilation and tranquillizer could markedly improve clinical symptoms without complications. The index of physiologic multifunction monitor and blood gas analysis showed that there was remarkable difference between pre-treatment and post treatment in PaO2, Pa2CO2, SaO2, RR, and HR (all P〈0.01). Conclusion Our data suggest that non-invasive positive pressure ventilation and tranquillizer appears to be a useful method in the treatment of severe bronchial asthma. It also has other advantages such as easy operation, noninterference with upper respiratory defense function, reduction of accidental aspiration and non invasiveness of examination.
