抗日战争是近代以来中国人民第一次取得完全胜利的民族解放战争。长征是抗战由局部演变为全国性的奠基石。它促使中国共产党政治上的进步和成熟,实现“北上抗日”的战略方针,推动国共两党内外政策由分歧趋向统一,使“九.一八”事变以来的国内政治局势发生了根本性的变化,为抗日战争指明了全民族抗战的正确方向。长征中焕发出的伟大民族精神将是我们取得建设中国特色社会主义事业胜利的力量源泉。

Anti-Japanese War is the first time in modem history that Chinese people win completely the national emancipation war, Long March is the milestone that Anti-Japanese war expanded from some local areas to the whole nation. It pushed forward the political advancement and maturity of Communist Party of China, helped CPC to realize the strategic policy of ＂Going north to fight Japanese＂, urged Guomingdang and CPC to diminish their different policies of home and abroad, brought tremendous changes to national political situation since ＂Sep. 18 Event＂, and paved the correct way for national anti-Japanese war. The great national spirits occurred in Long March will be the power source for us to succeed in building socialism with Chinese characteristics.
