摘要
个性知识在个人的知识体系中处于核心的位置。它操纵于幕后,不易察觉;它与公共知识相对,两者共同构成个人知识的整体;它存在于个体,建构着“这一个”,其价值有待揭示。基于对其存在特点、结构层次的探究,从建构的视角分析了各层次的独特价值。
Personality knowledge is the core of personal knowledge system. It acts behind the curtain and cannot be seen easily. Personality knowledge and its opposite, common knowledge, form the whole personal knowledge. It lies in individual and constructs＂the special one＂. The value of personality knowledge should be revealed. Based on the study on its characteristics and structure, this essay analyzes the different value of each layer from the view of construction.
