摘要
本文阐述了微格教学及其核心,针对当前教学方法落后、教学效果不佳的现状,结合高校体探专选教学和训练中存在的问题,详细分析了在体操专选教学中运用微格教学的可行性,为优化体操教学提供了理论基础。
This article describes the microteaching and its core. In view of the backwardness of current teaching method and negative teaching effect, and the problems that exist in gymnastics teaching and training in the universities, it analyzes the feasibility of the application of microteaching in gymnastics teaching, and provides the theoretical basis for gymnastics teaching and training.
