摘要
已经有近一个世纪使用历史的普通履带抛丸机,因要打开大门才能装卸料,尘粉要污染工作环境,所配抛丸量也小,因此提出改进措施:增加抛丸量,开小门装卸料。使能用于非前进式自动铸造生产中。
To common crawler shot blasting machine with about 1 centuny using history,when Loading and unloading material, the front door must be open. Mill dust may pollute working environment and the quantity of shot blast is few. According to above, the improving methods are put forward：increasing the quantity of shot blast and opening small door when loading and unlooding material.
