摘要
通过CO2硬化碱性酚醛树脂成功应用于车钩生产,解决了原工艺砂芯溃散性差问题。并在树脂中引入偶联剂和增强剂,使树脂的内聚强度和附着强度大幅上升,解决了生产应用中的技术关键,提高了车钩的铸件质量。
The problem of bad collapsibility of sand core in customary process is solved by using CO2 hardness alkalescent phanolic resin on coupler core. Adding coupling agent and intensifier to phenolic resin, which improves cohesion and coherence strength of resin, resolves the key technology in production and application, and improves the casting quality.
