东乡野生稻种质资源的抗病性研究 被引量:28

摘要 2004~2005年在网室条件下,采用人工接种,测定了222个东乡野生稻单株对稻瘟病菌混合菌株及A^G 7个不同生理小种、水稻纹枯病菌、白叶枯病菌和细菌性条斑病菌的抗性。结果表明:①39号单株(东野樟塘-35)和83号单株(东源叶禅寺-4)在两年混合菌株的测定中,均表现为中抗稻瘟病(另有7个单株在2004年的测定中表现为中抗,但在2005年的测定中表现为中感),而其余的单株表现为中感或感病,没有发现对稻瘟病表现出高抗、抗病或高感的单株,不同生理小种接种测定表明,39号单株除对小种2001-050E1感病外,均中抗其余小种;83号单株除对小种97-23-2D1感病外,均中抗其余小种。②东乡野生稻没有对纹枯病表现出高抗、抗病或高感的单株,中抗、中感和感病的单株数分别为18、169和35株,所占比例分别为8.11%,76.13%和18.47%;③东乡野生稻没有对白叶枯病表现出高抗或高感的单株,抗、中抗、中感和感病的单株数分别为37、75、91和19株,所占比例分别为16.67%、33.78%、40.99%和8.56%;④东乡野生稻没有对细菌性条斑病表现出高抗或高感的单株,抗、中抗、中感和感病的单株数分别为46、68、67和41株,所占比例分别为20.72%、30.63%、30.18和18.47%。⑤东乡野生稻除对白叶枯病和细菌性条斑病的抗性表现出较强的相关性外,对其它病害的抗性没有相关性。这些结果表明,东乡野生稻种质资源中缺乏高抗稻瘟病和纹枯病的抗源,难以在抗病育种中发挥作用。 The resistance to Pyricularia grisea ( mixture of different isolates and different races of A - G),Rhizoctonia solani, Xanthomonas oryzae pv Oryzae (Xoo) and Xanthomonas oryzae pv oryzicola. (Xooc) of 222 plants from different ecological populations of Oryzae sativa f spontanea Roschev were measured under greenhouse conditions in 2004 -2005. The results revealed that: (1) only 2 plants (numbers 39& 83) were moderate - resistant to Pyricularia grisea in 2 years' trials, the other plants were moderate - susceptible to the disease, none was high - resistant , resistant or high - susceptible, No. 39 was moderate - resistant to the tested races except for race 2001 -050El, and No. 83 was moderate -resistant to the races except for race 97 - 23- 2D1. (2) the plants with moderate -resistant, moderate -susceptible and susceptible to Rhizoctonia solani werel8, 169 and 35 respectively, none was high - resistant, high - susceptible or susceptible. (3) the plants 37,75,91and 19 were resistant, moderate - resistant, moderate - susceptible and susceptible to Xoo respectively, none was high - resistant, or high - susceptible . (4) the plants 46,68,67and 41 were resistant,moderate - resistant, moderate - susceptible and susceptible to Xooc respectively, none was high - resistant, or high - susceptible . The wild rice did not show the relativity of resistance to diseases except for that to Xoo and Xooc.
