摘要
对炼油厂低压湿式螺旋气柜的腐蚀原因进行分析,结果表明：腐蚀主要是由H_2S和CO_2等酸性气体引起。通过分析气柜防护层失效原因,建议对该类气柜的防护应采用涂料、阴极保护和缓蚀剂联合保护措施。
The analysis of the corrosion in refinery low-pressure fluid seal gas holder reveals that the corrosion is mainly caused by the sour gas containing H2S and CO2, etc. The combination protection measures of application of corrosion-resistant coatings, provision of cathodic protection, and addition of corrosion inhibitor are suggested to prevent corrosion.
