摘要 对从不同地点采集得到的土壤样品进行富集、分离和纯化后,从中筛选得到5株絮凝率达75%以上的细菌菌株。把其中任意两株混合培养后,发现J4和J5混合培养的发酵液上清液的絮凝率较单株菌均有所提高,并且在所有的组合中絮凝率最高,达85.25%。通过摇床试验确定该混合菌的最适培养温度为37℃,初始pH值为6.0,转速为160r/min,最佳培养时间为48h。优化后该混合菌的上清液对高岭土悬浮液的絮凝率可达96.05%。 Five bacterial strains of flocculating rate being up to 75% were isolated from the soil of different sites after the processes of enrichment, separation and deputation. After two arbitrary strains were mixed and cultivated, it was found that the mixed fermentation liquid's cell-free supernatant of J4 and J5 had more efficiency than the single strain. And it was the highest in all the mixed fermentation liquid. The flocculating rate was up to 85.25%. By means of oscillator test the optimum culture conditions were as follows: the initial pH was 6.0, the temperature was 37℃, the rotation rate was 160r/min and the time was 48 hours. On the optimum culture conditions the flocculating rate of the combine microbial flocculation agent's cell-free supernatant was 96.05%.
