摘要
首次以绿色木霉对5,6α-环氧-16-脱氢孕甾酮的生物转化进行了研究,得到了15β羟基化的多羟基甾体新化合物3β,5α,6β,15β-四羟基-16-孕甾烯酮。试验结果表明:以初始pH值6.5的马铃薯汁培养基进行菌种培养,在菌种生长40h后加入0.1%底物,发酵时间为4d,温度27℃,3β,5α,6β,15β-四羟基-16-孕甾烯酮的收率最高。
The studies on the biotransformation of 5,6α-epoxy-3β-hydroxy-5α-pregn-16- en-20-one in the Trichoderma viride culture were carried out for the first time, in which a new 15β-hydroxylated polyhydroxyl steroid 3β,5α,6β,15β-hydroxy-5α-pregn-16- en-20-one was given from the metabolites. The results showed that the optimal condition for the biosynthesis of 3β, 5α, 6β, 15β-tetrahydroxypregn-16-en -20-one was as follows: 50 mL of sterilized potato-2%-dextrose broth filled in 250 ml flask, initial pH6.5, at 27℃, seed fungi liquid age 40 h, 0.1% substrate incubation for 4 days.
