Understanding and Practice of Strengthening the Management of State-owned Assets in Colleges and Universities

针对目前高校普遍存在的对国有资产管理不够重视,造成国有资产闲置、重复购置和资产流失的现象,阐述了加强高校国有资产管理的重要性,提出建立健全各项管理制度,实施规范化、科学化管理等措施,有效防止国有资产流失和损失,从而提高资产的使用效益。

In view of the situation in which the management of state-owned assets m colleges anct universities is not highly valued, the stated-owned assets are usually left unused, or purchased repeatedly or washed away. This article deals with the importance of strengthening the management of state-owned assets in colleges and universities. To prevent the state-owned assets from being washed away or being lost and make efficient use of these assets, the paper also suggests setting up some management systems and carrying out the standard and scientific management measures.
