20世纪80年代中期江河推出《太阳和他的反光》组诗,在对一系列神话改造翻新中,神话原型被赋予多重隐喻意义。从人文视角考察,透过诗人对英雄神话的哲理思考,不难发现诗人的人本主义价值取向。当时正值中国历史的重大转折时期,组诗反映的人文精神无疑具有启蒙的意义。

In the middle of 1980s, Jiang He published his group poems of The Sun and His Reflection of the Light. With rebuilding and renewing a series of the mythologies, the original fabulous models are given more figurative meanings. Jiang He considers rationally there is profound humanism at the back of fabulous models, and the humanism revealed in his group poems is undoubtedly enlightenment during the turning ooint of Chinese history at that time.
