抢劫婚是社会发展的产物,其形态有两种——“女抢男”和“男抢女”。其形式因地域和文化背景的不同可以分为奴役式抡亲、掠夺求亲、“格斗”婚礼、占有新娘式抢亲、模拟抢亲、私奔抢婚六种类型。我国的抢婚现象有不少零散的史料记载。抢婚从一种现象到一种文化习俗有其发生发展原因,其落后性将在婚俗发展中被淘汰。

Employment, economic growth, economic development and the full-development of humans are related to each other closely. The development of economy has the same goal with employment. While when they two eontradict to each other, we should insist the priority of employment. because it accords with the idea of human＇s full development.
