摘要
对角毛壳菌(Chaetomium cupreum)产纤维素酶的发酵条件进行了研究.结果表明:Mendels培养基适于角毛壳菌产纤维素酶,CMC酶活可达到15.7 U,β葡萄糖苷酶活达到了15.8 U,滤纸酶活达到12.1 U.最佳产酶碳源是微结晶纤维素.发酵156 h是角毛壳菌产滤纸酶活的最佳时间,达到了14.4 U,发酵180 h是角毛壳菌产CMC酶活和β葡萄糖苷酶活的最佳时间,酶活可分别达到37.6 U和38.4 U.
Ferment conditions for cellulase production of Chaetomium cupreum were studied. The results showed that Mendels medium was suitable for cellulase production of C. cupreum, the enzymatic activity of CMC, β -glucosidase and FPA was up to 15.7 U, 15.8U and 12.1 U, respectively. The optimal carbon source of cellulase production was microcrystalline cellulose. The optimal time of FPA production was 132h, and the enzymatic activity was 14.4 U, the optimal time of CMC and β-glucosidase production was 180 h,and the enzymatic activity was 37.6 U and 38.4 U.
