通过对近5年来55例外伤性脑梗塞法医学鉴定案例资料的收集整理,并就其临床表现、影像学表现特点、发病机制、以及法医学损伤程度鉴定等问题进行分析,探讨颅脑外伤与梗塞的关系。

55 cases of traumatic cerebral infarction collected from these 5 years were respectively studied to analyze its clinical manifestation, the characteristic of CT and MRI scan, the mechanism of illness, the degrees of injury, and to explore the relation of craniocerebral trauma and cerebral infarction.
