摘要
在吸收其他文献合理成分的基础上,文中的理论模型运用金融中介法和博弈论分析法等工具分析了员工激励的两种因素-薪酬激励和晋升激励与银行绩效的关系。根据本模型,薪酬、晋升机会和企业文化都是激励员工的有效方式,通过提高激励水平可以有效地提高银行绩效。
This theory model absorbs other literatures' rational components to analyze the relation between banks performance and employee incentive. There are two ways to incentive staff: salary and promoting, both of them are effective. The model highlights the way to improve China' s banks' competitive strength after we enter WTO,
