普通高校如何适应大众化教育的探析

大众教育在我国教育史上是一个新生事物。面对大众教育的新形势和一系列新的问题,教学型高校不能简单套用科研型高校的人才培养模式,应具有全新的教学理念、课程设置和课程标准,全新的适合人才培养质量标准要求的教学手段和教学方法。担负大众教育的教学型高等院校,除了要达到国家对高等院校的同一性标准之外,还应有自己的特色标准。

Mass education is a new phenomenon in educational history of China. Facing the new situation and a series of problems of mass education, teaching-oriented colleges and universities can not apply mechanically and simply the pattern of talents cultivation of research - oriented colleges and universities and they should have completely new teaching ideas, curriculum provision, curriculum criterion and teaching means and methods according with the standard requirement of talents cultivation quality. Teaching - oriented colleges and universities which are shouldering mass education, should not only come up to the national unified criterion but also have their own characteristic criterion.
