摘要
教育外部性的实质是人与人之间在教育成本和收益承担上的冲突以及克服这种冲突的制度安排无法实现。教育外部性是教育经济功能的根源,是教育对经济的一种影响,进而使教育的各种功能得以展现。
The essential of the externality of education is the people＇s conflict of educational cost and profit and it is impossible to solve this conflict by institutional arrangement. The externality of education is the root of the economic function of education and it is an influence of education on economics.
