摘要
从新疆藁本根茎提取物中，发现３种有降酶活性的类似结构的化合物，为进一步研究其构效关系，本文报道其中１４个未见文献报道的类似物的合成。
Three compounds with high hepatoprotective activity were isolated from thealcoholic extracts of Coniselium vaginatum Thell.The relationships between structures and activitieswere studied,and fourteen analogues of them were synthesized. The structures of these syntheticpreducts were characterized by elemental analysis,1 HNMR,IR and MS. Pharmacological testsshowed four of them to have some antitumour activity.Hepatoprotective activity is to be tested.
