摘要
针对柔性接头粘接检测存在的难点,分析了柔性接头部件的超声纵波传播规律及超声检测的“61o”现象,采用纵波直探头分析方法,有效地解决了构件厚度不均匀和钢层厚的难点。以回波峰值作为特征量,通过扫描成像来判断一、二界面的粘接状态。试验表明,此法检测精确度较高,达到检测要求。
Aiming at difficult problems in the bonding detection of flexible joint, the propagation law of ultrasonic longitudinal wave and the 61° phenomenon of the ultrasonic detection were analyzed. By using longitudinal wave straight-beam probe analysis method, some problems such as non-homogeneity and thichness were solved efficiently. Taking peak value of the wave as characteristic variables, bonding state between 1 and 2 interface was judged by scanning image method. The experimental results show that the method is of high precision and can meet detection demand.
