摘要
对《周易》筮法中用于确定爻符的揲计算方法进行了研究,发现至少需要使用四个量:总策数T、揲策数M、变易次数C和最小结果数R,才能对这种算法进行较全面的数学描述。这些量在揲计算定理中表达为T=(R+2C)M。
This paper shows that the specific mathematical method, which goes into deriving each of the single line of a hexagram of the I Ching, can be stated in terms of a general mathematical model. It is argued that we need at least 4 variables, T, M, C and R, in order to establish this general model, and that the relations of the model can be stated as:T = (R +2C)M. It is proposed that we term the general model the Sele theorem.
