摘要
酒店优秀员工是一个特殊的人力资源群体,他们是酒店业重要的资产,是酒店的中心和灵魂。随着市场竞争的日益激烈和人才需求的市场化,优秀员工的高流失率是困绕酒店的重大难题,如何留住这些优秀员工成为各个酒店亟待解决的问题。首先对优秀员工流失的原因及现象作出分析,在此基础上,提出一些有效的对策来稳定员工队伍。
Excellent employees,which are the center and soul of hotels, are special unit of human resource and important capital. With sharp market competition,high loss rate of excellent employees is a big promble to hotels. How to keep the excellent employees of hotels is a promble need to be solved urgently. The paper analyzes the reasons and phenomena and puts forward some effective strategies to it.
