摘要
简要介绍了合成氨原料气净化中“双甲”(甲醇化-甲烷化)工艺的优势、原理及工艺特点,并通过对深度变换甲烷化工艺和“双甲”工艺的技术比较.进一步证明了“双甲”工艺在原料气净化中有其独特的优势。
The superiority,principle and characteristics of meth- anolization-methanation technology in the purification of raw materi- al gas of ammonia synthesis are presented briefly.Comparing with the deeply shift-methanation technology,the methanolization-meth- anation technology is proved to be better in the purification of raw material gas.
