摘要
在传统的应急系统选址模型的单一评价指标的缺陷基础上,分析了影响应急服务设施选址的输入指标和输出指标,建立了基于偏好DEA的应急服务设施选址模型.通过适当的变量替换,将非线性规划模型转化为线性规划模型,从而给实际应用带来了便利.最后通过一个例子说明,基于偏好的DEA选址模型,为应急服务设施选址问题提供了一种有效的分析方法.
In this paper, on the basis of traditional location models of emergency system, input/output factors of facility location are analyzed and a facility location model based on DEA with preference information is set up. By using proper variable transform, non-linear model is changed into a linear one , and it is easy for practical use. Finally, an example shows that the model based on DEA with preference information is an effective method for facility location of emergency system.
