摘要
为增强耳鼻咽喉科医生对耳颞部组织细胞增生症Ｘ（ＨＸ）的认识，以提高本病的诊疗水平，回顾３０年来经病理证实收治的２１例ＨＸ，进行远期疗效观察分析。采用手术、放射治疗及药物综合治疗，随访３～３０年，存活１８例（８５％），其中后遗尿崩症、侏儒症６例（２８％）；死亡３例（１４％）。本病临床分型应视病变范围而定；治疗应采用手术、放射治疗及药物综合疗法；化学治疗适用于播散型病例；
HistiocytosisX(HX)isararedisease.Therearemanyquestionsanddebatesinitsetiology,pathology,clinicaltypeandtherapy.ToenhancetherecognitionofotolaryngologistsinHXoftheearandtemporalboneandthelevelofdiagnosisandtherapy,30years′resultsof21patientswithHXoftheearandtemporalboneprovedbyhistiopathologywerereviewed.18patientswerecured(85%),6caseswereresidualofdiabeteinsipidusanddwarfism(28%),3casesdied(14%).Theclinicalclassificationsystemshouldbebasedontheextentionofdiseases.Surgicalcurettage,ra-diationtherapyaremainstaysoftreatment;chemotherapyshouldbeusedinpatientswithaggressiveanddisseminatediseasesandetiologyofhistiocytosisshouldbestudiedonimmunesystemthatpoten-tialyaidintherapy.
