摘要
目的建立高效液相色谱法测定珍稀渭片中丙谷胺、西咪替丁、尿囊素三组分的含量。方法内标法线性关系以组分与内标物的浓度比和峰面积比进行回归,得直线回归方程Y(尿)=0.467X-0.021r=0.999、Y(西)=2.884X-0.005r=0.9993、Y(丙)=1.328X-0.048r=0.9998。结果;HPLC法将珍珠粉与组分分离,珍珠粉在此色谱条件下不出峰,使珍稀渭片中各主要定量组分得到了快速、准确的定量。
