碱性磷酸酶和γ-谷氨酰转肽酶在原发性肝癌检测的意义 被引量:6

摘要 目的探讨血清甲胎蛋白、碱性磷酸酶、γ-谷氨酰转肽酶联合检测在原发性肝癌中检测的意义。方法对46例原发性肝癌、40例肝硬化患者检测进行分析。结果原发性肝癌患者血清碱性磷酸酶、γ-谷氨酰转肽酶明显高于肝硬化组。原发性肝癌组与肝硬化的碱性磷酸酶和γ-谷氨酰转肽酶比较差异均有显著性。结论联合检测血清碱性磷酸酶、γ-谷氨酰转肽和甲胎蛋白使原发性肝癌总检出率达96%,也可提高原发性肝癌阳性检出率。 Objective Discuss the significence of the united detection of the alpha-fetoprotien, the alkaline phosphatase and the γ-glutamyltransfarase in primary liver carcinoma. Methods Analyse the result of the detection of the patients of 46 primary liver carcinoma and the 40 cirrhosis of the liver. Results The alkaline phosphatase and the γ-glutamyltransfarase in primary liver carcinomagroup are apparently higher than the cirrhosis of the liver group. The comparision of the the alkaline phosphalase and the γ-glutamyltransfarase result in primary liver carcinomagroup and the the cirrhosis of the liver group is distinctly different. Conclusion The united detection of the alpha fetoprotien, the alkaline phosphatase and the γ-glutamyltransfarase make the 96% high rate of the final diagnosis of the primary liver carcinoma, and al so improve the positive detecting rate of the primary liver carcinoma.
