摘要 光合色素是评价浮游植物生物量和生产力的重要指标,是海洋调查中必不可少的生化参数,而进行色素分析的首要步骤就是将色素从浮游植物中提取出来。色素提取的效率决定于溶剂的渗透力和溶解能力,而不能单单依赖机械破碎。文章综述了浮游植物光合色素的三种主要提取技术:直接浸泡提取法、浸泡研磨提取法和超声波破碎浸泡法,并从提取能力、保真性、广泛适用性、准确性、简单和安全六个方面进行评价。得到将DMF萃取液再超声破碎是最佳的提取方法,所有色素的提取率几乎达到100%。 Because photosynthetic pigments makes it a unique indicator of oceanic plant biomass and productivity,it is the most frequently measured biochemical parameter in oceanography. The first step of pigments analysis is to extract the pigments of a phytoplankton sample into a compatible solvent. The efficiency of the extraction depends on the penetration power and the solvation properties of the solvent, the duration of the extraction, and whether mechanical disruption is used.The essay reviews several extraction techniques involving soaking, grinding, and ultrasonic disruption in various solvent, which have varying degrees of efficient. Several parameters were considered in assessing these methods: extractability,fidelity, compatibility, precision, simplicity and safety. Sonication in DMF is the best extraction method. Close to 100% extractability was obtained for all pigments.
